
First he pulls the weeds, then the onions and shallots. He lays them on their side to dry as much as possible so they will store well.

Then he boxes them up, hauls them to the trailer and drives in from the field.

Then I come out and we fill the mesh shelves on the drying racks. We figured Ken handled the onions and shallots about six times - and that is just the harvest!
