When we got some heavy rain and wind, some apples dropped. Ken has been making juice. Just before he left for a couple days, he made a pie - a BIG pie.
And in his absence I have been checking the orchard for drops. Yesterday I had enough to fill the steam juicer.
But since I did not enough for a second batch , I also made some applesauce.
